Money exchange services are available at airports, banks, and authorized exchange booths. ATMs are widespread and accept major international cards.
  • Best Time to Visit: Bali experiences a tropical climate, with the dry season typically spanning from April to September, making it an ideal time to visit for most travelers. However, even during the wet season (October to March), Bali’s lush landscapes and cultural attractions remain captivating. It’s advisable to research specific weather patterns and events when planning your trip.
  • Health Precautions and Vaccinations: Before traveling to Bali, it’s essential to consult with a healthcare professional or travel clinic for recommended vaccinations and health precautions. Common vaccinations include hepatitis A and B, typhoid, and tetanus. Malaria prophylaxis may be necessary for certain regions, so it’s crucial to assess your itinerary.

Essentials include sunscreen, insect repellent, a wide-brimmed hat, sunglasses, comfortable footwear for walking, and any necessary medications. Don’t forget to bring a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated, and consider packing a travel adapter for electrical outlets.

  • Tap Water Safety: It’s generally not safe to drink tap water in Bali. Stick to bottled water, which is widely available and affordable.
