Day 1: Arrival in Luang Prabang
Welcome to Luang Prabang, a tranquil city surrounded by stunning mountains and lush greenery. Relax and enjoy your first evening after some rest from afternoon arrival in the Laos capital city.
Day 2: Luang Prabang/Ban Long Lao/Kuang Si Waterfalls
Start your day with a trip to Ban Long Lao, a beautiful village in the hills and home to the H’mong people. Enjoy views of the countryside and learn about the local culture and customs then trek with an average hike through forests and jungle canopies to Kuang Si Waterfalls, where you can take a dip and enjoy the beautiful sights. In the evening you will enjoy the sunset over the Mekong, and you can take part in a local Baci ceremony in a local house for safe travel and prosperity.
Please note that for the trek through the jungles and forests will require suitable trekking footwear and between June and November the trek may not be possible due to heavy rain and the routes being too slippery.

Day 3: Luang Prabang/Don Ngeun/Pak Ou Cave
Continue your journey with a visit to Ban Don Ngeun, to board a boat cruise down the Nam Ou River through the mountainous scenery on the way to the Pak Ou Caves located in the limestone mountains. Inside the caves you’ll see gold lacquered Buddha statues left by pilgrims. The journey will continue down the Mekong River to the pottery village of Ban Chan. Finishing back in Luang Prabang in the afternoon for free time to spend the remainder of the day and evening..

Day 4: Luang Prabang Exploration
This morning you have the option to wake early and observe the early morning rituals of the local Buddhist faithful’s unique to Laos. Explore the amazing city of Luang Prabang, known for its ancient temples like Wat Sene, as well as traditional markets, The National Museum, the former Royal Palace and many of the impressive stupas around the city. Check out the majestic Wat Xieng Thong temple and hike up Phousi Hill where you can enjoy stunning views of the city. You can also enjoy the ethnic communities and histories at the Arts and Ethnology Centre. Free time in the evening to explore the city.

Day 5: Full Day Elephant Experience at Mandalao
Today is the perfect opportunity to spend time with some friendly elephants at Mandalao. Spend the day feeding, playing, bathing and interacting with the elephants. Witness first-hand how these intelligent animals live and learn about their conservation and protection. You will also do some light trekking through the jungles via the wondrous Lao Gardens. Tad Kuang Song Waterfall is a hidden treasure known only by the locals of Ban Hua Tad Village and our tour guides. You will also observe mahouts and how they communicate with the elephants. The tour will finish by leading the elephants to their night-time resting grounds and a reflection drink with a local snack before heading back to Luang Prabang.

Day 6: Luang Prabang/Siem Reap
Head to your flight connection to Siem Reap to begin your next adventure. Wander through the streets of Siem Reap on arrival and enjoy the local markets and delicious cuisine.

Day 7: Sunrise over Angkor Wat/Angkor temples
Today you will wake early to appreciate the sunrise over the Angkor Wat Temple Complex and a local noodle soup dish at a local stall. After breakfast you will begin your deep exploration day of the Angkor temples and the architectural marvels in close up detail and the history of the complex. Then, explore different temples in the complex such as Ta Prohm, Preah Khan and the Bayon, with its many faces that show Hinduism and Buddhism. There will also be explorations of the Elephant and Leper King Terraces. Evening free to enjoy Siem Reap.

Day 8: Siem Reap/Beng Mealea temple/Koh Keh
Witness the stunning Beng Mealea jungle temple, while similar in size to Angkor Wat it has been consumed by the jungle landscape over the years but is equally fascinating. Next, head to Koh Keh, from the 10th century but has long been abandoned and a shallow reflection of its former capital city days many centuries ago. Explore the jungle temples of Prasat Thom, Prasat Krahom and Prasat Neang Khmau before head back to Siem Reap to enjoy the local flavours that are so plentiful in the city.

Day 9: Siem Reap/fly to Ho Chi Minh City

Day 10: Ho Chi Minh City orientation/Vespa Foodie tour
Spend the day familiarizing yourself with Ho Chi Minh City best sites including the Jade Emperor Temple, The Museum of War Remnants and the massive Ben Thanh Market. Then, in the evening explore the best of Saigon on a Vespa Foodie tour, where you can explore the city’s unique flavours and culture such as Banh Xeo, while exploring the walking streets of various food vendors that will leave everyone impressed by the many tastes on offer.

Day 11: Ho Chi Minh City/Vinh Long/Can Tho
Escape the crowds of the city and head to Cai Be and board a boat to visit Cai Be floating market and explore the some local handicraft industries like coconut candy, rice crackers and honey bee farm. After this head to Tan Phong Island and visit the local fruit growers and the freshest fruits in the land like rambutan, longan, durian and jackfruit. Mr Nam On a local artist that explores the traditions of musical instruments. The afternoon will be spent on bicycles exploring the local areas learning the techniques of water Hyacinths, rice paper cakes and the art of nail polishing using bamboo tools. Continue along the Mekong and end your trip in Can Tho, where you will stay for the night.

Day 13: Hanoi City Tour by Motorbike and Street Food
Experience the vibrancy of Hanoi city as you explore its streets with a motorbike tour including Temple of Literature, Ngoc Ha Market, and The Old Quarter. Get to know the locals and experience their culture as you sample the delicious street food with dishes like Pho (beef noodle soup), Bun Cha (fresh noodle with grilled pork), and Banh Goi (rice pastry pillows with minced pork and mushroom).
