Itinerary
Day 1: Teseku Camp tour, horseback riding, dinner and camp
On Day 1, we will depart from Almaty at 10:00 and arrive at the Tekesu camp at 15:00. After check-in at the guest houses, we will have lunch and then embark on a sightseeing tour of the camp. The tour will allow us to become familiar with the camp’s terrain, as well as learn about safety procedures for riding horses and completing the route.
Tekesu tourist camp is located 300 km from Almaty in the valley of the Tekeli, Chazha, Kora and Karatal rivers, and is situated at an altitude of 1600 meters above sea level. The stunning mountain views and clean air make this area a great spot for active tourism. All year round, visitors can find activities to enjoy, whether it be extreme recreation or a quiet, family getaway.
The camp is also home to a ski resort in the winter, and on warmer days, horseback riding and equestrian tourism are popular activities. With horses of different breeds, ages, and suits, and properly fitted equipment, riders of any age and level of training will be able to easily master the skills needed for horseback riding. All horses are calm and friendly to people, so everyone can have a great time.
Following free time, we will have dinner at 19:00 and then stay overnight at the camp.
