Activities: Classic Tour of Chinatown’s Most Popular Dishes and Street Food Culture

The tour will introduce you to Hainanese Chicken Rice – a scrumptious dish of poached chicken accompanied by fragrant seasoned rice and served with a variety of freshly made sauces and garlic chilli paste. Sample traditional Singapore Coffee, an old-tier classic also known as “kopi”, freshly brewed and served with evaporated milk and sweetener.
Dig into a Curry Puff, a multifaceted snack featuring a savoury filling of curried potatoes, onion, and vegetables encased in a buttery puff pastry. Get a taste of Singapore’s Egg Tart, a scrumptious sweet delicacy with a deep-fried puff pastry filled with silky custard. Enjoy the popular Singapore Pandan Chiffon Cake – an airy, light and fragrant cake prepared with pandan extract.
Sample the delicious Fried Carrot Cake, a dish of stir-fried flat noodles and radish cake, seasoned with garlic, preserved radish, eggs, and soya sauce. Enjoy Popiah – the popular fresh spring roll comprising of a thin folded pancake stuffed with a medley of vegetables, egg, prawns, and peanuts.
