Itinerary

Day 1: Discover beautiful temples and mesmerizing cascading waterfalls.

Our cultural Bali Indonesia tour begins at the Kehen Temple, an ancient Hindu temple with remarkable architectural features, including mythological animal and Balinese folklore figure carvings on the staircase that leads up to the courtyard’s central vestibule. Its walls are even decorated with Chinese porcelain plates, symbolizing the long-standing bond between the local Bali kingdom and China. From here, we continue to Penglipuran, a 75-hectare village known for its plentiful bamboo forest and being dedicated to the “ayahan desa” philosophy, which respects the land in which it stands. To end our day, we go to the hidden tranquil Tukad Cepung Waterfall that is surrounded by circular cliffs. The sunlight hitting the shimmering waterfall creates a rainbow that appears to stretch right up to you. It is a mesmerizing sight of water cascading from the sky that you won’t want to miss! Finally, we head back to your hotel.
