Day 1: Arrival in Siem Reap
After arriving at Siem Reap International Airport, you will be greeted and escorted to your hotel. Take some time to unwind after your trip.
Day 2: Siem Reap – Discover the enchanting Angkor complex
Our day begins with the breath-taking Sunrise at Angkor Wat. As we journey through Cambodia’s treasured gem, we will encounter the magnificent Angkor Wat, also known as the ‘Temple that is a City.’ This expansive complex was once the centre of the powerful Khmer Empire, which dominated much of Southeast Asia. With countless temples and palace complexes, we will explore some of the most notable sites.
Our first stop is Angkor Thom, famously referred to as the ‘Temple of Faces.’ Next, we will visit the Bayon, an intriguing structure featuring a mix of Hinduism and Buddhism architectural styles. The Elephant and Leper Emperor Terraces are up next, followed by the ongoing restoration of Baphoun Temple. After a relaxing lunch, we continue on to Ta Prohm, where massive tree roots have intertwined with the temple’s ruins.
To end the day, we will witness the pinnacle of the complex- Angkor Wat itself. Finally, you will have the opportunity to view Angkor Wat from a different perspective during a hot-air balloon ride at sunset (shared with other tourists for 20 minutes).

Day 3: Explore Siem Reap and enjoy ‘Phare, the Cambodian Circus’
Following breakfast, your morning will be filled with a visit to the enchanting Banteay Srey Temple. This temple showcases some of the most stunning examples of classical Khmer art, featuring intricate and beautiful carvings. Next, you’ll visit Bantey Samre, which has been admirably restored. After a delicious lunch back in the city, you’ll have the afternoon free to explore at your own pace.
In the evening, you’ll have tickets to see a performance of ‘Phare, the Cambodian Circus’. The show starts at 7pm and features talented performers from Phare Ponleu Selpak (PPS), a professional group established by young Cambodians who returned from refugee camps. PPS uses art as a way to cope with trauma and has played a significant role in promoting and preserving Khmer culture after the devastating Khmer Rouge genocide. The hour-long show combines traditional and modern elements of theatre, music, dance, acrobatics, juggling, and contortion, all telling a story about Cambodian life and society.

Day 4: From chic Siem Reap to bustling Ho Chi Minh City
Transfer from Siem Reap to Ho Chi Minh via a flight.
Day 5: Discover vibrant Ho Chi Minh City
Once you have finished breakfast, your guide will meet you to lead you on a tour of Ho Chi Minh City. Your first stop will be at the Reunification Hall, an impressive colonial building originally built for the Governor-General of Indochina. Next, you’ll visit the Museum of War Remnants, which offers a compelling yet biased perspective on the ‘American War’ – not for the faint of heart.
A trip to Binh Tay market and China Town will give you a glimpse into the local daily life and cultural mix. After lunch, you will also stop by the Jade Emperor Temple, one of the top Taoist temples in all of Vietnam. Admire the stunning effigies and detailed carvings depicting the descent to Hell, as well as the unexpected sanctuaries for terrapins and tortoises. Afterwards, you’ll return to your hotel for a quick refresh before spending the rest of the day at your leisure.

Day 6: From Ho Chi Minh City to tranquil Con Dao Island
You will be transported to the airport this morning for your flight to Con Dao. Upon arrival, you will be greeted and taken to your resort by their shuttle services. The remainder of the day is yours to enjoy as you please, whether it’s lounging on the beach, taking a dip in the pool, or any other leisure activity of your choice.

Day 7-9: Embrace sleepy island life on Con Dao Island
During your stay in Con Dao, you will have the freedom to relax on the beautiful beach or pursue any activity you desire. Day 10: Hanoi: An exceptional foodie experience
You will have the day to yourself to pursue any activities of your choice. Later, you will be driven to the airport for your flight to Hanoi. Upon arrival at Noi Bai airport, your guide will greet you and transfer you to your hotel for check in. You will have the remainder of the day to relax and explore on your own.
At 6:00pm, your vespa(s) will arrive to take you on a thrilling ride through the bustling city streets. As you ride pillion on vintage vespas, you will have the opportunity to indulge in delicious local food and experience the vibrant culture of Hanoi with live music and friendly locals. All food and drinks are included, so make sure to bring a hearty appetite!
Our evening begins at a rooftop bar, where we take in breath-taking views of St Joseph’s Cathedral. To satisfy our appetites, we sample a tasty snack from a nearby street vendor. Soon, we hop onto the back of our Vespas and make our way through the charming and narrow streets of the Old Quarter.
Our next stop is a local hotspot right next to the train tracks, where we enjoy infused rice wine and a delicious snack. We then head to a culinary paradise to savor the quintessential dish of Hanoi. Continuing our food adventure, we make our way to West Lake for another unique local specialty and learn the art of wrap ‘n’ roll, Vietnamese style! Our exciting night comes to a close at a Jazz Club by the Hanoi Opera House, where a live band will dazzle us with a one-of-a-kind fusion of 1930’s jazz and traditional Vietnamese music. Day 11: Hanoi Arrival and an Evening Water Puppet Show
During your visit to Vietnam’s capital, you’ll have a full day to discover all that it has to offer. Your knowledgeable guide will accompany you as you explore the fascinating Temple of Literature, the country’s first university dating back to the 11th century. You’ll also visit the renowned Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum, where he lived and worked, as well as the museum dedicated to his legacy.
After lunch, you’ll have the chance to experience the peaceful Tran Quoc Pagoda, the oldest one in Hanoi situated by the tranquil Ho Tay Lake. The bustling center of Hanoi, with its iconic attractions such as Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son Temple, and the lively Old Quarter, is a popular draw for tourists. The maze-like Old Quarter is a vibrant mix of shopping streets, restaurants, and a diverse range of architecture, including traditional tube houses, religious buildings, and colonial houses. Day 12: A serene visit to the tranquil Ha Long Bay
At 8:30am, you will be picked up by a cruise shuttle service for your transfer to Halong. Arriving at Tuan Chau Marina at 11:30am, please proceed to the waiting lounge for check-in procedures. At 12:15pm, a feeder boat will take you to the Orchid Trendy. Upon arrival, welcome drinks will be served as we gather at the restaurant for a brief cruise overview and safety instructions.
At 1:00pm, lunch will be served as we begin our journey to explore Ha Long Bay – Lan Ha Bay, one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature. At 3:00pm, we will make our way to the Dark and Bright Caves, where you can experience Ha Long Bay up close by bamboo boat or kayak. By 5:00pm, the Orchid Trendy will enter the secluded Tra Bau area of Lan Ha Bay, where you can take a relaxing swim in the emerald green waters. At 6:00pm, you are welcome to participate in a cooking demonstration or enjoy Happy Hour at the bar with a buy one, get one drink special, while taking in the stunning sunset views.
