Does Asiara offer financial protection?
As a UK company, Asiara provides full financial protection to all of its customers through its membership with PTS (Protected Trust Services), Membership No. 5935.
All monies that consumers pay to a PTS member are secure and protected under the PTS trust account. In compliance with the UK Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 and the Civil Aviation (Air Travel Organiser’s Licensing) Regulations 1995, Asiara protects customers’ prepayments by:
- refunding such prepayments if customers have not yet travelled, or
- making arrangements to enable the holiday to continue if customers have already travelled, or
- repatriation of customers to the UK
in the unlikely event of our financial failure. Please note that this protection is applied to all our clients worldwide, who book through Asiara UK Ltd.
Does Asiara offer international flights and ATOL protection?
At Asiara, we provide both international flights and all our flight-inclusive packages are ATOL protected. Our ATOL Licence No. is 12439. International flights can be booked either as stand-alone services or as part of our holiday packages.
All the flights and flight-inclusive holidays in our brochures and on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. When you pay you will be supplied with an ATOL Certificate. Please ask for it and check to ensure that everything you booked (flights, hotels and other services) is listed on it.
