Day 1: Kuala Lumpur Arrival & Hotel Transfer

You will arrive in Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL) in the evening or alternative time if you choose to arrive earlier in the day. Your driver will be waiting for you to transfer you to the Sheraton Imperial Hotel in central KL for check in to your deluxe room with city view. The rest of the evening will be free to enjoy as your wish, but you may need to rest after your long-haul flight.

Day 2-6: Free Time in Kuala Lumpur

This is where you will be in full control of your holiday as you can do activities however you wish. There are many optional tours that you can take but they will all be extra costs not included in the package tour price. There are many other tours available but the below are the most popular with travellers.

Kuala Lumpur City Tour – The Pertronas Twin Towers features the 88-storey towers, which stand at 451.9 metres, are the tallest twin towers in the world. Visitors can take a tour of the Skybridge, which connects the two towers, and take in the stunning views of the city skyline. The tour 4 hour also includes the communities of Chinatown, Little India and a visit to the National Museum.

Batu Caves Tour – The limestone hills of Batu Caves contain a network of caves and cave temples. The most popular of these caves is the Temple Cave, also known as the Cathedral Cave. The entrance to this cave is guarded by a 140-foot gold-plated statue of Lord Murugan, the Hindu god of war. Visitors to the cave can witness an array of Hindu deities and murals inside. Other caves included in the tour are Ramayana Cave, Dark Cave, Art Gallery Cave, Hindu Shrine Cave and Waterfall Cave.

Kuala Lumpur Street Food Tour – The tour starts at the famous Jalan Alor, which is one of the most popular food streets in Kuala Lumpur. Foods such as roti canai, satay, noodles and seafood dishes are most renowned here. Next is Chow Kit area, which is known for its bustling night market. The next stop is the Petaling Street night market, which is famous for its street food vendors selling a variety of snacks. Deep fried Tofu and grilled squid are popular here.

Historical Malacca Day Tour – Here, visitors can take a leisurely cruise along the river while admiring the many historical sites, including the famous A Famosa, the oldest Portuguese fortress in the east. The tour then proceeds to several other historical sites such as the Stadthuys, the oldest Dutch building in Malaysia, and the Baba Nyonya Heritage Museum. The tour then moves on to the famous Jonker Street, where visitors can experience the unique culture and cuisine of Malacca. The tour then ends with a visit to the Malacca Sultanate Palace Museum.

Day 7: Free Time & Departure Flight

There will be a free morning for last-minute exploration before your departure flight home and back to London Gatwick via Istanbul.
