Ms Trang who was the operator responsible for organising our trip was extremely... read more helpful, from the very early stages of setting the itinerary, and was flexible enough and made her best to tweak the itinerary to our requests even in the last minutes when everything was already confirmed. During our trip, Whilst we were always accompanied by very helpful and knowledgeable guides, Trang was also always responsive when we required any additional support during the trip.
Most of all we were glad to learn about and experience the Responsible Tourism policy of this company.
It was great that during this trip we had the chance to experience the typical Vietnamese way of life, eat at local eateries, interact with ethnic minorities and see the natural wonders of this country.
