Itinerary

Day 1: Bangkok Arrival

Bangkok arrival and transfer to your hotel. Free time to enjoy the city vibe at night during your holiday to Thailand.

Day 2: Bangkok City Tour (Optional Tour)

After breakfast an early start will get you to Wat Pho in time for monk’s morning ritual chanting. Time to explore the grounds and the famous 45-meter reclining Buddha. Later you’ll have time to explore the Grand Palace and Wat Phra Kaew, where you’ll see the Emerald Buddha. A longboat trip will take you along the Chao Phraya River and Wat Arun.

Day 3: Maeklong Railway Market, Damnoen Saduak floating market & Chiang Mai Flight (Optional Tour)

In the morning you’ll visit the Maeklong railway market and enjoy a local snack before going onto the floating market of Damnoen Saduak via motorboat and experience these waterways that offer a good escape from the crowds of the big city. An afternoon transfer flight to Chiang Mai and an evening to enjoy your new surroundings.

Day 4: Chiang Mai City Tour (Optional Tour)

Chiang Mai exploration. After your breakfast you’ll see the local food and flower market that is full of local Thai people doing their shopping. Next, it’s time to explore the temples that are Wat Phra Singh, Wat Phan Tao, and Wat Chedi Luang. After this a short rickshaw ride to explore the streets lined with traditional houses. The afternoon is spent marvelling at the impressive Doi Suthep temple in the foothills of the mountain landscape.

Day 5: Kanta Elephant Sanctuary Experience & Cooking Class (Optional Tour)

In the morning you’ll be taken to the Kanta Elephant Sanctuary to enjoy a half day with these enchanting animals. Feeding and bonding with these gentle giants will delight kids of all ages, making it an excellent activity for a family holiday in Thailand. The afternoon will be spent doing a cooking class at Ban Boon Pratana House.
