At the start of this Vietnam itinerary, you will be picked up and taken on a two-hour drive to Hoa Lu, the former capital of Vietnam. Once there, you will explore two temples, one dedicated to Emperor Dinh and the other in memory of Emperor Le, as well as taking a brief look at the ruins of the Old Palace. After that, you’ll be taken to Tam Coc, where you’ll get the chance to ride a bicycle to Mua Caves before climbing the 486 steps to Hang Mua for some stunning views and picture taking opportunities. After this, you’ll be taken to a restaurant for lunch, before embarking on a river journey between paddy fields and through the Tam Coc caves. Finally, you’ll spend the night at a hotel in Ninh Binh.
