Nha Trang offers a range of activities, including boat trips along the river to visit nearby craft villages. The beach is long, bustling near the town but quieter further away. For diving, we recommend the PADI 5-star Rainbow Diving Centre, known for its quality services. Numerous beachfront restaurants serve various cuisines, with Louisiana Café being a popular spot that offers a large, free swimming pool.
In town, you’ll find a variety of international and Vietnamese restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and interesting shops. Notable attractions include the Dr. Yersin Museum, Long Son Pagoda with its impressive Buddha statue and panoramic views, the cathedral, and the Oceanographic Institute.

Enjoy a free morning before your flight to Hanoi. Embrace a water puppet show in the evening.

Day 12: Motorbike Tour
Explore Hanoi on the back of a motorbike. Your guide will take you to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university from the 11th century, and the nearby Fine Art Museum with its fascinating exhibits. You’ll also visit the tranquil Tran Quoc Pagoda, Hanoi’s oldest, located on the banks of West Lake.
You will also enjoy a “Street Life” experience. Explore the backstreets of the Old Quarter. Along the way, you’ll indulge in a street food brunch with options like Hanoi Pho (beef noodle soup), Nom (green papaya salad with seasoned beef), Banh Goi (pillow-shaped rice pastry with minced pork and mushroom), Banh Cuon (hot rice paper with pork and fried onion), or Bun Cha (fresh noodles with grilled pork).
Your final stop will be the Long Bien Bridge, an impressive century-old structure spanning the Red River, connecting the Hoan Kiem and Long Bien districts, and providing shelter to locals living on boats below. Afterward, you’ll enjoy a traditional Water Puppetry performance.

Day 13: Ha Long and Lan Ha Bay
After breakfast, be transferred to Ha Long Bay, where your Orchid Cruise awaits. Enjoy lunch cruising through these spectacular bays. Visit Trung Trang Cave by a bus on Cat Ba Island, before exploring the quieter area of Tra Bau and opting for a swim in the emerald waters.
You can then enjoy an onboard cooking demonstration and embrace Happy Hour. There is also an optional massage service available.
In the evening, savour a fusion dinner made with the freshest ingredients. You can also enjoy squid fishing or relax at the bar.
For your Ha Long excursion, you’ll be sailing aboard the Orchid Trendy cruise. This boat features 20 beautifully designed cabins, each reflecting modern design aesthetics. Most cabins come with private balconies, giving you your own outdoor space to enjoy the views of Halong Bay. All cabins are air-conditioned and equipped with large windows that overlook the bay and are furnished with either two twin beds or a queen/king-sized bed.
