I spent time resaerching companies for our trip to Vietnam/Laos/Cambodia and Havenue was one of them. I asked... read more each for ideas for a long stay predominantly in Vietnam. Most were very good and I used a combination of their ideas to specify a final trip that all were invited to make proposals for. I settled on Haivenu and Trang was absolutely fantastic in terms of listening to our never ending changes, in terms of her responsiveness and in reassuring me with regards to dealing directly with a company outside of the UK.
We booked our trip at a reasonable price but the service did not end there. Trang was on hand all through our 5 week adventure and even took the time to meet us in Hanoi! Most of the tours she arranged were sensational (all but one were at least great) and the same can be said of the accommodation that she arranged too. Everything went like clockwork.
We had the holiday of a lifetime and in no large part, that was down to Haivenu and Trang. Thank you Trang, you are a star!!

Mrs. Ha listened to how we like to travel and created a customized trip plan that we discussed and revised until we were satisfied. Wherever we landed, their reliable drivers and knowledgeable guides were there to greet us and ensure that the days ahead were filled with great adventures. We learned so much about the history and culture of each country and our guides took us to very local places so that we really got a feel for each country. While all of our guides were excellent, we were particularly impressed by Mr. Anh, our guide in Vietnam. The few times we had questions or wanted to make itinerary changes, Mrs. Ha responded in real time and advised us of our options and made the changes almost immediately. We would highly recommend planning and booking travel to SE Asia with Haivenu.
