Banh Mi: You can’t visit Hanoi without trying the famous banh mi sandwich. This delicious fusion of French and Vietnamese flavours will keep you coming back for more. This is a kickback to colonial times of the French and some of their cuisine mixed with Vietnamese.4. The Old Quarter: This bustling area in the centre of the city is the perfect place to experience Hanoi’s vibrant street life.
